How long will it take to receive my order?
Our 3D Printed products are made to order in house, we aim to manufacture and dispatch your order within three business days. However during sale periods our time frames may be a little longer.
We dispatch orders using Australia Post. Standard delivery times are as follows
Standard shipping: 3-6 Business days.
Express shipping: 1-3+ Business days.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched you should automatically receive a tracking number from the relevant courier service. You can either track this package from the courier directly or through the “orders” page on our site.
Please don’t hesitate to reach our for order updates or for any issues with tracking numbers.
Do you offer free shipping?
All orders over $100 will receive free shipping Australia wide! This will be applied to your checkout automatically.
At this time international orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Are 3D printed products durable?
We print using high quality PETG filament for all our products. PETG provides excellent durability, impact resistance allowing it to stand up to the tough conditions on the job site.
Please note that being a plastic product, extended exposure to UV may cause the product to warp over time. Please avoid leaving your 3D printed product out on hot days to avoid premature wear of the product.
Warranty Information
Innovate studios offers customers a 10 day change of mind guarantee for all products.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, if you’re not satisfied with your product please reach out to arrange a refund. The original item must be returned upon issue of refund.
For damaged/ faulty products outside of this 10 day period, customers will be required to provide evidence the product has not been misused or left in the sun which may compromise the integrity of the product.
You will be required to email the following information to info@innovatestudio.com
1. Order Number
2. Description of the fault / issue with the product
3. Photos of the damage/ faulty item
